The SCAA (Suffolk County Athletics Association) have set the Road Running County Championship dates.

SCAA have determined that to be eligible to enter the series, one of the following criteria must apply to the competitor:

(a) Born in the County.
(b) By 9 months continuous residence in the County, prior to the event.
(c) By serving in the Armed Forces in the County for 9 months prior to the event, or
(d) By being a member of a County affiliated club.

This does not restrict non-eligible runners competing in the open race.

5 out of the 6 races are needed to qualify and SCAA have decreed that late entries are will not be accepted into the County Championships.  So make sure you enter early.
