The Suffolk Cross Country League is a series of 6 races run during the winter months.  All are approximately 5 miles on multi terrain track and fields.  We need as many Striders (of any ability) to run as possible, enhancing our chance of winning the league and going forward to the finals.

All races are on a Sunday and start at 11am costing £3 per person payable on the day (to my knowledge at time of writing).  Entries on the day only.

Please try and come along to these events which are often challenging but very satisfying.  If you need any more information please contact Chris Starmer.

The Suffolk County Championships will be held on the 6th January 2008 in Holbrook (Suffolk).

The results are held and distributed by the SCAA (Suffolk County Athletics Association).
