The day saw a good turnout by the Stowmarket Striders, enough for three
teams. Captained by Chris Starmer, with official support coming from his
son Daniel, the Striders A Team managed a well deserved second place
behind
the Bury St Edmund pacers. In fact 2 prizes were handed out, one
for the Suffolk County Championships, and the other for overall placing.
