Not many Striders chose to go to this
and as you can see it was the Ladies who
showed the Yellow tops. An accident on route near Colchester slowed things up
but despite it not being part of the Friday Five series a good number turned up.

Overcast and slightly windy the
conditions were good on this almost flat course.
The event has been notable in recent years for the inclusion of an
International
but I didn't spot one this time.
