Now in its 3rd year, the Bungay 10k and 20k race is going from strength to strength!  They have got over the delay problems of issuing certificates and results on the day, choosing to post them to every runner.  With over 450 runners, the lure of the St Peter Brewery bitter and engraved glass trophies have only had a positive effect.  Well that and a good running course.  I just wish they would sort out their website!

With the exception of the first and last 2km, the course is relatively flat and in good scenic countryside.  Good marshalling and water stops (excellent choice using bottles rather than those flimbsy cups!) means a thumbs up from me.
