Congratulations to all those who took part, especially those who managed 4 or 5 of the 5 races.  Sadly only a little commitment from the Striders this year that clearly resulted in no medals, but it is nice to see a host of new faces with the unattached runners.  Hopefully they will help keep these series running in future years and they are always welcome to join their local running club.  Anyway enough waffling, please follow the link above to view the full results.
