31st October 2004 This race was full of technical difficulties. First was remembering to turn your clocks back the night before. The second was the infamous muddy course of Framlingham Castle. It is especially worrying when the pre-race announcements ask you to tie your running shoes up extra tight so as not to loose them in the mud! A good turnout overall with 29 Striders starting the race. Individual positions put Louise Bunch in 3rd place in the lady seniors, Nikki & Ellen 4th & 5th in their age group and Anne Fish 2nd in hers. For the men's, Colin Pitts lies in 4th place in the Men 40+, Chris Starmer 2nd in Men 45+, Bernard Debney 4th in Men 55+ and Jim King is 2nd in Men 60+. Ben Naughton ran in the junior race for the Striders. The Stowmarket Striders results are:-
