Phew, this was a hot one! At about 30oC and those famous hills in the 2 lapped Framlingham route, this one was a toughy, and peoples times reflected this. Check out the pain on Bob's face!
It could of course been the shock from a lady's ice cold wet sponge as she took pleasure soaking the runners as they ran by her home. However, the runners took some cooling pleasure from this and that lady is thanked for her contribution to the running experience.
