Team

On the day the Men's A team came an impressive 2nd placed behind the St Edmund Pacers who appear to be recovering from their slow start. The Men's B team came in 7th. The ladies A team came in 3rd and 8th for the B team. Overall, the Striders A team achieved an impressive 2nd, marginally ahead of the home Waveney Valley team, with the B team in 7th.

After 2 events this puts the Striders A team in 2nd place just a mere 6 points behind the leaders Ipswich Harriers and 65/67 points ahead of Waveney Valley and the rapidly catching St Edmund Pacers respectively. This is beginning to become a 4 way race for the top slot.

Every runner counts in the overall standings as it is those that do not score that block points for other teams and help the team.
