Did Riverside Half today, bit cold and pretty breezy but PB! 167/890 or so, 1:32:39. I had entered ages ago, before injury. A really good course with last 4 miles downhill...one to flag up as just an hour up the A14. Tag timing and pacing groups too.

Don't think my legs will make it for Tuesday night though
