Tiptree 10 mile

A group of Striders journeyed down the A12 on a very sunny Sunday morning. The Tiptree 10, run on quiet country roads, is one to recommend.

The course is slightly down hill for the first mile or so then flattens out  but then as the course is frying pan shaped you meet what was downhill at the beginning again and it becomes a steady incline for the last couple of miles.

Another victory for Tamara. The girl just gets quicker and quicker

Becky gets another PB. How long before a Jordan 1-2?
