A handful of us Striders went to Beccles yesterday.  It was a bit fresh but the sun was out for a while. The course, run on quiet country roads was great, out into the countryside, undulating, but not too challenging.

 

Tamara was first lady in a new course record time of 62.05

 

The way in which they did the prizes meant that Tamara picked up first senior, Becky 2^nd senior. Hayley got first FV 34-44 and Striders won the ladies team prize.

 

All the runners also came home with a Christmas pudding, a bottle of wine and Tescos vouchers.
