Final Results

The overall series was won by Ipswich Harriers (6905), closely followed by Stowmarket A (6566) in second place and St Edmunds Pacers A (6455) in third. Stowmarket B (4230) finished in eighth place and Stowmarket (1770) were fifteenth

In the men's competition Ipswich Harriers were first, St Edmunds Pacers A second and Stowmarket A third. Stowmarket B were ninth and Stowmarket C were fifteenth

However, the ladies had the best results, being joint first with Newmarket & Sudbury. Stowmarket B were seventh and Stowmarket C were thirteenth

With an overall second place Stowmarket Striders now go forward to the national Plate Finals in Ampthill on 6th April.
