Every year the committee organise the Annual General Meeting to be held on the last Monday of January at Stowmarket Rugby Club, Chilton Way at 7:30pm.  

Members are encouraged to attend the meetings to provide feedback on how the club has been run, an opportunity to have your say.

The agenda of these meetings follows this general format:

• Apologies of absences
• Accuracy of the previous years AGM minutes
• Chairman's report
• Treasurer's report, adopting accounts & recommended membership fee for the following year
• Matter arising
• Any other business
• Election of Officers (follow the link to committee to see the positions available for re-election)
• Date of the next AGM

Every year the committee automatically resign from their positions and all positions are up to be elected.  We actively encourage any member who wishes to stand for a committee position.  Please speak to anyone in the existing committee for any information.
