Strider News

Not all of the hot off the press news gets to appear on the website, but is better covered in the clubs 'Strider News' newsletter distributed approximately five times a year.

You can download the newsletters for your leisure by clicking on the link below.  Please note that these downloads are in Adobe Acrobat formats (Adobe Acrobat reader can be downloaded for free by clicking on the graphic).  Please be patient as these files will take a few minutes to download.

Please do not hesitate to contact either the club via the "contact us" link on the Home page if you have any race results, race reports or simply
wish to submit an article.

Newsletter Distribution

There are several ways to get hold of Strider News........

  • Collect your copy on a Tuesday or Thursday club running night;

  • By post, if you provide stamped self addressed envelopes;

  • By e-mail, if you provide your e-mail address.  Note: not all pages
    may be included in the file; or by

  • The website - hence this web page!
