The club meeting point is 7:30pm every Tuesday and Thursday at:-

New to running? If you are not sure of your ability you can meet our beginners group on Tuesdays at 6.30pm

It is recommended that you come dressed and ready for running and there are no separate changing areas other than those in the main building.

CAR PARKING AT MID SUFFOLK LEISURE CENTRE

From 1st May 2007 the Striders will have use of our own designated VIP car park at the Leisure Centre. It is on the playground between the High School and the Leisure Centre. The entrance is off Gainsborough Road, through the first set of large double gates to the right of the High School and to the left of the Leisure Centre
