Friday 5 Series 2012

The Friday 5 Series is a popular series of 5 races each of approximately 5 miles in length. To count for a series prize, competitors must compete in at least 4 out of the 5 races and only the best scoring 4 races will be counted. 100 points are awarded for 1st place, 99 points for 2nd place etc. Entry into the series is free, but competitors must enter each race individually

As well as Team prizes, overall series prizes are awarded for the following age categories

Ladies; Junior, Senior, V35, V40, V45, V50, V55+
Men; Junior, Senior, V40, V45, V50, V55, V60+
