Friday 5 Series

The Friday 5 Series is a popular series of 5 races each of approximately 5 miles in length. To take part in the series, competitors must compete in 4 out of the 5 races to count for series prizes. Entry into the series is free, but competitors must enter each race individually.

The results are held and distributed independently of this website and the SCAA (Suffolk Country Athletics Association).
